Create a means of communicating current work flows to avoid duplication of effort.
The Vice Chairperson causes the implementation of the Executive Board’s decisions, through the Fortune Development Centre.
An Alternate Board Member carries out duties for and on behalf of the Executive Board as delegated by the Chairperson and shall be assigned to any sub-committee for the furtherance of the Executive Board’s mandate
The Chairperson leads the Executive Board in strategic planning financial accountability, fundraising, and evaluation of the Director and evaluation of programme performance.
Shall carry out the duties of the Secretary in his/her absence. Perform any other ad hoc duties that the Executive Board may request from time to time.
The Secretary convenes meetings of the Executive Board as and when required and keeps a register of all names and addresses of all members of the Executive Board.

The Technical Adviser assists with the identification and research on donor and corporate organisations before applications are made for donations.
The Treasurer provides financial oversight for Fortune Development Centre and gives advice to the Executive Board on the finances and financial control and operation of the organisation.
